Tri Tip steak turned Black in Fridge, is it bad? - is it bad when you have brownish black stool
I bought a steak tip type butcher yesterday and put it in a marinade of honey, ginger and chilli and oil, and this morning when I went from a brown color was black. Have you pamper yourself? That has never happened in front.

Pickles The reason for this color change is more likely that your marinade tthat does not matter "its wrong or could that something was wrong, but different color or beef to change. If you do not feel the flesh are bad, you would be able to say what's with the smell of adobo, okay. "beef is good as it smells of flesh and blood. it should go, if thugh cooking, taste first somewhat small and if you believe, oh weird aftertaste wants to be safe and throw but I think Your'e eally fine and only the marinade.
The marinade may have changed. Cut into it, and smell. If it smells bad shake. You may have received tainted meat.
Navy can do that. I suggest you make sure that it smells.
Id think ... i wouldnt chance ...
