Can adding fiber supplements to food/drinks lower their Glycemic Index? - glycemic index fruit
And if so, how is soluble or insoluble fiber to add the juice is that foods with low glycemic index, such as fruit?
In addition, if the fiber supplement, the only soluble or insoluble, and how?
Note .... I know that fiber is often used as a laxative ... That is not my question, whether everything you do is that the fiber (only) a laxative reaction takes place at your own risk.

Try to stay away from foods with high levels of glucose in = do not think that will help the fiber
