Searching for recipe"Swedish Pancakes" from Mellow Yellow in Hyde Park (Chicago)? Not any old SP recipe though - swedish crepe recipe
Look for this particular recipe, I have tried other recipes for cakes in Sweden and in return, more like French crepes. Mellow Yellow is dark, thick and wide, folds and taste like buckwheat or other type of flour, it should be. They also have a few? Ginger? Taste. Thank you!
